After many years representing Metso in Ireland and Northern Ireland markets, the opportunity to extend our brief into England, Scotland and Wales was one we accepted with delight. For all of us – those of us in McHale Plant Sales, readers visiting this introductory website, and those many Metso owners and operators dotted across the UK – the time to introduce ourselves to each other is here.
We have a lot in common with our customers
With a massive footprint in the construction, civil works, quarrying and aggregates sectors (and in other sectors too), we in McHale Plant Sales look upon ourselves as people who have grown out of the businesses in which our customers operate.
Steeped in the products that we represent, ours is a business in which sales, servicing and parts speak with one voice, united in our ambition always to do what our customers expect of us, and focused on the task of ‘being there’ when needed.
Our Mission and Core Values
Staffed by loyal, trusted and enthusiastic people – many with long service in the company and an appetite for being good at what we do – we pride ourselves in our relationships with customers and in our understanding of their needs. Most especially, we delight in the extent of our involvement and the level of guidance and advice we can offer customers, important when evaluating their needs and in recommending machines that we know can do their work.
From our base in Tamworth (and other centres that will come in time), we look forward to getting out to visit sites and meeting with customers and those whose interests we all share. And, to those who may be passing or working in the neighbourhood, we say: our door is open…please call and say ‘hello’.
